This machine is designed to compress and hold the tines of an anodizing rack so parts can be quickly hand loaded and unloaded. This machine is designed to accommodate most common anodizing rack sizes but can be modified for any variant.

Anodizing Rack Receiver: Drop-in/Lift out designed to receive a wide variety of rack styles. The receiver rotates the racks so all tine rows can be loaded or emptied without removing the rack. Receiver can be raised and lowered to adjust for common tine lengths.

Tine Clamping System: Welded steel jaw system equipped with adjustable stops to prevent tines from being over compressed and damaged.

Actuator system: The jaws are driven by multiple pneumatic actuators.

Configurable:
