90 Degree Transfer Conveyor (Low Range)

PART NUMBER: TRNLR-000-PN

PRICE: Starting at $29,000.00

This 90 degree transfer is designed receive panel product from one machine level and off bear product at .25 to .5”   The product is conveyed via roller conveyor and cross conveyed with pop up belts moving the product perpendicular to the in-feed direction.

Rollers:     The transport rollers are a steel body construction equipped with a PVC covering to accommodate the transfer of product without damage and minimal wear to the roll surface.

Product Stop: An adjustable stop fence is located at the transfer end of the roller conveyor for positive stop and location of the product.  The fence is mounted with fine adjustment for positioning and squaring the product to the next operation. UHMW is used to provide a smooth slide surface for the product as it transfer from the machine.

Belts:  A strong durable belt with a non-abrasive surface is to the product to transport the product from the conveyor at a perpendicular direction.

Drives:  A gearmotor coupled to a line shaft equipped with pulleys are used to positively drive the roller section of this conveyor. A gearmotor is also used to drive the multiple strands of the cross-direction belt section.

Lift System: The Lift system is comprised of a short stroke air cylinders lifting the belt above the roller surface to move the product off of the machine quickly.

Technical Data:  These machines can be specified to the customer needs giving a range of pass line height, conveyor width and length. The belt discharge elevation relative to the roller conveyor elevation is also specified by the customer to meet the requirements of the operation.
