The adjustable side square aligns parts to an opposing reference, so they are fed square into downstream process equipment.

Squaring System: the squaring system is mounted on a linear rail and ball bearing system for smooth operation and long life. A lead screw system operated by a hand wheel provides several inches of adjustment for ease of alignment during installation or product variation. The squaring system is pneumatically actuated and provided with pressure adjustment to control the force exerted on the product.

Fence: The fence can be configured to accommodate any product, weather low coefficient of friction pads, urethane rollers or other is required. 

 Configurable:

• Fence/Product interface: steel, composite pads, polished metal, composite or steel rollers

• Heavy duty mounting bracket
• Customer supplied mounting bracket
